Nokia's customized Z launcher is now available in Google Play.

Nokia just released its own customized launcher for Android devices few months ago. For Android Devices! Yes, for android devices. Though at first the launcher was available only through Nokia’s website, you can download it from Google store now. You can download it for multiple devices.

You will get the Nokia Z launcher preloaded in the Nokia’s upcoming tablet “N1” which may be launched next year. The tablet will be powered by android Lollipop! Amazing!

10,000 testers were given the Launcher (first beta version) and downloads has reached 100,000 so far.

 A feature named “Scribble” of Z launcher allows you to draw any letters anywhere in the screen while displaying apps. That means if you draw “V” it will show you available apps which starts with “V”.

In the new version you will have:

1.      Faster Speed which will optimize specific handsets.

2.      Prediction will be improved which will give you the best results.

3.      The response time and recognition will be improved in the new version.

4.      Now you can install the Nokia Z launcher in your rooted device which was not allowed in previous versions.

According to Nokia Store the Z launcher is only compatible with Google Nexus 5 and Samsung Galaxy S3, S4, S5. But we believe that any android phone that is running on 4.1 is computable with this launcher.
